Ingredients:
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- Plastic wrap paper
- 2 teaspoon Southern Art Co. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- ¼ cup of Korean BBQ Marinade (Shake before use)
- 1 Jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cucumber, thinly sliced
Prep Time: 40 minutes
Chill Time: 1-2 hours
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 3-5 (10 pieces in total)
Instructions:
- Boil shrimp until fully cooked (2-3 minutes), peel if necessary after cooking.
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces and place into a bowl
- In the same bowl, add our lemon pepper seasoning and Korean BBQ marinade and mix together. Set aside until serve.
- Place 2 cups of cooked sushi rice in a container on top of plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Remove chilled rice, cut into cubes, and shape as desired.
- Add cubes into air fryer and cuckoo until crispy.
- Assemble cubes with cucumber, shrimp, and jalapeño, and shrimp.
- Drizzle extra sauce on top for your liking and enjoy!
