For the Meatballs:
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Southern Art Co.’s Korean BBQ Original Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Southern Art Co.’s Korean BBQ Spicy Sauce
For the Sauce:
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Korean BBQ Spicy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Korean Hot Sauce

Cook Time: 40 minutes (including rice cooking)
Serves: 2-4 people
Instructions:
- Rinse sushi rice until the water is clear, then cook as directed.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped scallions, minced ginger, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, a beaten egg, pepper, salt, Korean BBQ Original Sauce, and Korean BBQ Spicy Sauce.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- For the sauce, mix sour cream, Korean BBQ Spicy Sauce, and Southern Hot Sauce in a bowl.
- Serve the meatballs over the cooked sushi rice and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
