Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sushi rice
- Kimchi (to taste)
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup of Southern Art Co.’s Korean BBQ Sauce Marinade
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- ¼ tablespoons of honey
- ¼ tablespoon of sesame oil
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 50 minutes (including rice cooking)
Serving sizes: 2-3 people
Instructions:
- Rinse sushi rice until water is clear, cook as directed.
- Chop and pulse kimchi in a food processor to a coarse texture.
- Sauté kimchi in a pan over medium-high heat until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked rice with caramelized kimchi in the pan. Stir in Korean BBQ Sauce Marinade, light soy sauce, and honey. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into individual balls, adding in mozzarella
- Brush each with sesame oil. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
