Who doesn’t love corn and cheese? This dish is a Korean bar snack staple, but can be made anytime!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Ears of Fresh Corn (or canned corn)
- Mayonnaise
- Southern Art Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
STEPS:
- Shuck the corn and put corn kernels in a bowl.
- Mix corn with mayonnaise, Southern Art Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour corn mixture into baking dish or skillet and top with more mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes and then finish off on high broil for 2 -3 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly!
