Korean Cheese Corn

Who doesn’t love corn and cheese? This dish is a Korean bar snack staple, but can be made anytime!



  1. Shuck the corn and put corn kernels in a bowl.
  2. Mix corn with mayonnaise, Southern Art Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour corn mixture into baking dish or skillet and top with more mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes and then finish off on high broil for 2 -3 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly!
