Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of Pork Belly, cubed
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- Your desired amount of Southern Art Co. Hot Sauce
- Your desired amount of Southern Art Co. One and Done seasoning
- 2 Oranges, juiced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced

Serving Size: 2-4 people
Instructions:
- In a bowl mix together garlic, ginger, hot sauce, seasoning, and orange zest and juice to make the marinade.
- Cut pork belly into cubes.
- Place pork belly cubes into bowl and marinate pork for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- While the pork is marinating, slice bell peppers into pieces suitable for skewers.
- Remove pork belly cubes from the refrigerator and skewer marinated pork and peppers alternately.
- Use a grill (or cast iron skillet) on medium heat for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is cooked and peppers are slightly charred.
