This recipe is great for a weeknight dinner that can be ready in 20 minutes! It’s creamy, saucy, and has a small kick from the Korean red pepper paste sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. Fusilli Pasta (or pasta of your choice0
- 28 oz. Can of Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
- 3 - 4 Cloves of Sliced Garlic
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 3 tblsp. Southern Art Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1- 2 tblsp. Butter
- Burrata Cheese
- Sliced Scallions
- Sesame Seeds
STEPS:
- Boil pasta to al dente.
- In a blender, add the can of crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic, salt, Southern Art Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce and blend.
- Put cooked pasta on pan. Working in batches, add your blended gochujang tomato sauce, some reserved pasta water, and stir. Add in a bit of butter.
- Serve pasta in bowl and top with burrata cheese, scallions, and sesame seeds.
