Spicy Korean Gochujang Pasta

This recipe is great for a weeknight dinner that can be ready in 20 minutes! It’s creamy, saucy, and has a small kick from the Korean red pepper paste sauce.


  • 1 lb. Fusilli Pasta (or pasta of your choice0
  • 28 oz. Can of Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 3 - 4 Cloves of Sliced Garlic
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 3 tblsp. Southern Art Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1- 2 tblsp. Butter
  • Burrata Cheese
  • Sliced Scallions
  • Sesame Seeds


  1. Boil pasta to al dente.
  2. In a blender, add the can of crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic, salt, Southern Art Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce and blend.
  3. Put cooked pasta on pan. Working in batches, add your blended gochujang tomato sauce, some reserved pasta water, and stir. Add in a bit of butter.
  4. Serve pasta in bowl and top with burrata cheese, scallions, and sesame seeds.
